Janey Hart, FCCA
Janey is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a registered auditor. Janey has been with the practice since August 1986, following 8 years working in industry where she qualified. Having completed the practising experience requirements Janey became a partner in 1989. Janey is an expert in tax planning and all business development aspects for SMEs. Dedicated to helping clients make a difference to their businesses and supported in this by her team, who she takes pride in developing. They are enthusiastic and energetic about customer service.
Janey is an active member of Soroptimist International and volunteers regularly in a variety of charitable activities. Janey is a keen outdoor person enjoying walking, sailing and skiing and then relaxing with family and friends.

Dafydd Hughes, BA (Hons), ACCA
Dafydd first joined the practice on a summer placement in 2007 while studying Accounting and Finance at Bangor University. After graduating from Bangor with a First Class Honours degree in 2008, Dafydd joined the practice full time as a trained Accountant, studiying for the ACCA qualification. Dafydd completed his professional qualification and became an ACCA member in March 2011.
Dafydd looks after a variety of sole trader, partnership and company clients, dealing with business set up and SA and CT compliance. Dafydd's main interest away from the office revolve around sport, particularly football, and he is a keen Manchester United supporter.

Colin French MAAT
Colin joined Hart Parry in 2002, gaining experience in preparation of VAT returns. Colin looks after clients' VAT affairs and will answer all your VAT queries.
Colin completed his AAT qualification in December 2009 and became a full member of the AAT in January 2010.
Away from the office Colin enjoys football, karaoke and walking.

Julie Jones
Julie joined the team in 2007 looking after the Payroll – taking care of the weekly or monthly payroll preparation and advising on all your PAYE and employment queries. Julie also prepares accounts and has an accounting background having worked for a variety of companies mainting their books and administration systems since leaving school.
In her spare time, Julie enjoys waliking and zumba fitness.

Bethan Parry
Bethan has spent over 25 years at Hart Parry Cyf and has a wealth of experience in professional practice, meeting all the accounting needs of small businesses. She works closely with clients always providing an excellent service. Bethan recently completed a Level 2 course Institute of Leadership and Management.
Away from the office Bethan enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Nicola Jones
Nicola joined Hart Parry in 1988, over the years she has seen many changes, but one constant has remained - the team's dedication to the well being of their clients. Her 22 years of experience in accounting means that Nicola has gained a wealth of knowledge and can provide excellent service to her clients. Nicola has just completed an Institute of Leadership and Management Level 2 Team Leader award.
Away from the office, Nicola enjoys spending time with her family and friends, she also likes to travel and keep fit in her spare time.
